This training is a combination of instructor-led and activity-based learning where participants collaborate with the instructors and work together in teams. The trainers bring their own Scrum master and agile transformation experiences to the class and use their skills to deliver the course using their mastery style. The result is an engaging, collaborative and fun learning experience where course participants gain a deep understanding of Scrum theory and principles, the Scrum Master responsibilities and why each element of the Scrum framework is important.
In these 3 days class, students are challenged to explore the Agile and Scrum principles/values so they can better understand what to do when applying Scrum to support their teams and organizations in Agile transformation as change agents.
